Depending on the property, it may be necessary to pay for lawyer consultation.
Negotiable (Please feel free to send us an inquiry as conditions vary for each property.
In accordance to the Real Estate Trader’s Law’s defined brokerage fee
(Bid Price x3% + 60,000 yen + Consumer’s Tax)
Note Regarding Costs
[1] Customers will not be responsible for other costs not mentioned above.
[2] Fees noted above are related to contingent fees. You will be requested to make payment when your bid is successful. (Property inspection fees are required)
[3] Fees noted above include fees which incur during the property inspection and the delivery of the property.
[4] Fees noted above will apply for each bidding property.
